Saddam Hussein (Iraq) Handwritten & Signed 1981 Letter Re Jerusalem ACOA

  

Rare handwritten and signed letter on official presidential letterhead by the former leader of Iraq Saddam Hussein. Document has been translated into English and a copy will be sent with the original letter.

Letter has been pre-certified by Autograph COA (ACOA). This was found in one of Saddam's palaces in Iraq and it had been in a military museum in the US for many years since.

Two hole punches are present along right border.
