Attorney General, Senator, and Presidential Candidate, ROBERT F. KENNEDY, short, humorous January 23, 1963 note on United States Senate stationery to family friend Claude Hooton signed, "Bob". Practically non-existent private correspondence giving rare insight into RFK's wit and humor, as shared with only close friends and family. The newly-elected Senator Kennedy teases Hooton for being "the only person from Texas" who wasn't invited to native Texan Lyndon B. Johnson's Presidential Inauguration, just two days earlier.
